8. Contracts, Proposals, Deposits, and Payments

Construction work may require a written estimate, proposal, agreement, contract, deposit, payment schedule, or signed approval before work begins.

Any payment terms, deposit requirements, cancellation terms, change order terms, warranty terms, project schedule, and scope of work will be governed by the applicable written estimate, proposal, agreement, invoice, or contract.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed written agreement for a specific project, the signed written agreement will control for that project.

Responsibility for permits, fees, inspections, engineering, design documents, surveys, approvals, or third-party requirements will be addressed in the applicable project estimate, proposal, agreement, or contract.
